DISPENSER
What are the dimensions of the BulkBar?
The BulkBar has a compact design that fits most office spaces. Its size is just about 60 cm wide and 50 cm deep. The height is approximately 2.15 meters.
Where can the BulkBar be installed?
Since the BulkBar operates without electricity, it doesn’t require a power outlet and can be placed anywhere in your office. Most of our clients install it in their kitchen, break room, or coffee corner, while others opt for a meeting room, hallway, landing, or even the reception area.
PRODUCTS
What types of products are offered?
All our products are certified organic and include nuts, dried fruits, and cereals. You’ll find items like almonds, hazelnuts, various types of nuts and granola, and nut-and-fruit mixes.
Can we choose the products for our BulkBar?
Absolutely! You can select your six favorite snacks from our menu of around 30 options. You can also change your selection between restockings to bring some novelty or swap out less popular items.

Our clients come from a wide range of industries and vary in size (minimum 30 people for the BulkBar, 10 for the BulkBottles). What they all share is a commitment to employee well-being and a desire to reduce their environmental impact.
DELIVERY
What regions does BulkBar serve?
We currently serve businesses in Belgium, Luxembourg, Northern France, and the Paris region. If you’re based elsewhere, don’t hesitate to reach out, our delivery zones are expanding regularly.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of the food products is included in the fixed monthly fee charged by BulkBar.
How often can we be restocked?
You choose the refill frequency. On average, a company with 25 employees requires one restocking per month, while a company with 100 employees may need weekly refills.
What are the available delivery days and times?
We deliver Monday through Friday, at the time of your choice.
BILLING & TAX
What are the billing terms?
Invoices are issued once per month, detailing the food products delivered during said month. Standard payment terms are 10 business days. We can also set up a direct debit mandate on request.
Are the costs for the BulkBar and BulkBottles tax deductible?
Yes. The Belgian Federal Public Service for Finance has confirmed that expenses incurred by employers for services like BulkBar are fully deductible as professional expenses. This applies to companies based in Belgium.
